Your new company Hays Construction are representing a client who require the services of an experienced Finishing Foreperson to join their operation.

This firm has a track record of delivering commercial, education, healthcare, hotels, industrial and residential projects.

Established over 40 years ago, the company has operated across Northern Ireland & the UK and has built an impressive project portfolio.

This company requires an experienced Finishing Foreperson to join them on a commercial scheme in Belfast.

Your new role Due to a busy orderbook, this company is currently seeking the services of an experienced Finishing Foreperson to join them on the final stages of a commercial scheme in Belfast for 6-8 ideal candidate will have experience working to demanding schedules whilst maintaining a focus on quality, health & safety.

As Finishing Foreperson, the expectancy will be to have excellent technical experience, good communication, experience of ordering materials and supervising subcontractors.

You will be tasked with motivating the team day-to-day in order to ensure that the project is delivered within time and budget.

What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter with the ability to lead the team daily, delivering daily briefings and ensuring that the site team are kept motivated.

You will be tasked with ensuring the project is kept on track and within budget, whilst keeping a focus on health and safety protocol.

It is required that you have suitable experience as a Finishing Foreperson working on commercial schemes or joinery packages.

Furthermore, you must hold a valid CSR Site Supervisor Card, CSCS, or SMSTS training certificate.

This role is an immediate requirement.
