Your new company is currently recruiting a CSA Project Manager. The business is seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to join a major hyperscale data centre development in Europe. Your new role

As CSA Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of Civil, Structural and Architectural packages on a major data centre project. Acting as the senior site leader for your area of work, you will oversee project delivery from planning through to completion, ensuring programmes, budgets, quality standards and safety objectives are met. You will coordinate multidisciplinary project activities, manage project risks, monitor progress and ensure all project milestones are delivered on schedule. You will also develop strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors, whilst maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, quality and environmental performance throughout the project life cycle.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this position, you will possess a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline and have a proven track record managing large-scale construction projects within a Tier 1 contractor or major engineering firm. You will demonstrate strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, coupled with experience managing programme delivery, commercial performance, project reporting and subcontractor coordination. A recognised health and safety qualification such as SMSTS, CSCS, Safe Pass or equivalent is essential. Experience delivering data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, industrial or other highly technical construction projects will be highly advantageous. Professional memberships such as CIOB, RICS, ICE or equivalent, along with further studies in project management, construction innovation or sustainability, would also be beneficial.
