Your New Role As a Senior / Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will take a lead role in delivering cost management services across a varied project portfolio. Responsibilities will include: Leading cost planning, procurement, and contract administration functions. Managing and developing key client relationships. Providing commercial advice throughout the project life cycle. Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team. Contributing to the strategic growth and success of the business. What You'll Need to SucceedTo be considered, you should have: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. MRICS chartership (desirable but not essential). Previous leadership or team management experience. The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
