Your New Company A leading international specialist in high-value projects is seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to join its team in Newry.

Your New Role As SHEQ Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality, health & safety, and environmental standards across the organisation.

This is a hands-on, operationally focused position working closely with project, office, and site teams to ensure systems are robust, practical, and consistently will oversee the integrated management system, support ISO audits, and champion a proactive safety culture.

The role also involves leading continuous improvement initiatives, supporting environmental compliance, and developing QHSE capability across the workforce.

What You'll Need to Succeed Proven management experience in a SHEQ role within manufacturing, engineering, construction, or similar sectors.

Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, with familiarity in ISO 14001.

Experience supporting internal and external audits.

A structured, methodical approach to systems and process improvement.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels.

Relevant professional qualifications (e. g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
