Your new company is a well-established and growing manufacturing organisation seeking an experienced Quality Manager to take ownership of their Quality Management System (QMS). This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business where quality, compliance, and continuous improvement are core to their success.
Your new role as Quality Manager will involve:
- Development, maintenance, and continual improvement of the company's QMS.
- Leading internal and external audits.
- Managing documentation and supporting cross-functional teams.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System.
- Writing and updating procedures, policies, and processes aligned to ISO standards.
- Ensuring QMS documentation is accurate, compliant, and up to date.
- Conducting supplier audits and gathering compliance documentation.
- Ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and customer/regulatory requirements.
What you will need to succeed:
- Strong experience within Quality Management in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS best practice.
- Proven auditing experience (internal and external).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
