Your new company is a well-established and growing manufacturing organisation seeking an experienced Quality Manager to take ownership of their Quality Management System (QMS). Your new role as Quality Manager will involve:

  • Development, maintenance, and continual improvement of the company's QMS.
  • Leading internal and external audits.
  • Managing documentation and supporting cross-functional teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System.
  • Writing and updating procedures, policies, and processes aligned to ISO standards.
  • Ensuring QMS documentation is accurate, compliant, and up to date.
  • Conducting supplier audits and gathering compliance documentation.
  • Ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and customer/regulatory requirements.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Strong experience within Quality Management in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS best practice.
  • Proven auditing experience (internal and external).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
