Your new role involves supporting an expanding pipeline of data centre and mission-critical projects across the UK, Ireland and Europe, working closely with commercial, engineering and delivery teams from enquiry through to final tender submission. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing accurate and competitive electrical tenders for data centre and mission-critical projects
- Producing detailed estimates across power distribution, containment, cabling, lighting and associated systems
- Completing electrical take-offs and reviewing drawings, specifications and schedules
- Identifying commercial risks, opportunities and value-engineering options
- Supporting pre- and post-tender meetings with clients, consultants and supply chain partners
- Managing tender queries, clarifications and follow-ups
- Collaborating with internal teams to meet programme and submission deadlines
This role offers genuine exposure to complex, high-value electrical packages, where commercial judgement and technical accuracy have a direct impact on project outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven experience in an electrical estimating or commercial role within building services or critical infrastructure
- Background in data centres, mission-critical, industrial or technically complex projects highly advantageous

- Commercially astute with excellent attention to detail
- Confident working independently and as part of a wider commercial team
