Your new role Working in a large maintenance team, you will be Monday to Friday, supporting the team but also focusing on analysis of breakdowns and issues and examining how future work can give a longer-term fix, thus reducing instances of breakdown and freeing the team to work on more preventative-based you'll need to succeed Time served in engineering, multi-skilled ability in production related or transferable experience.
