Your new company is a highly successful Civils Engineering contractor recruiting for an experienced MEICA Supervisor to support delivery of two wastewater treatment projects based in Co. Fermanagh. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering critical water infrastructure schemes.

Your new role involves:

  • Overseeing MEICA installation and commissioning activities on-site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Supervising all MEICA-related site activities across two concurrent wastewater treatment projects.
  • Managing and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist installers.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Monitoring progress against programme and assisting with planning and sequencing of works.
  • Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and commissioning plans.
  • Liaising closely with site management, design teams, and client representatives.
  • Supporting testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
  • Maintaining accurate site records, reports, and documentation.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in a MEICA supervisory role within construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience within water or wastewater treatment projects is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical installations, pumping systems, MCCs, and control systems, instrumentation, and automation.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
