As part of a key investment in growth, the company is bringing marketing in-house for the first time.
Your new role As Marketing Lead, you will take ownership of the brand and digital presence, building a practical marketing function that supports a relationship-led sales team and drives stronger inbound enquiries. This is a broad, hands-on role, and you will work closely with senior stakeholders and spend time on-site capturing the real story behind the people, the product, and the innovation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the redevelopment of the website, then conducting ongoing content and improvements.
- Building simple, effective inbound lead generation, including web forms, landing pages, and conversion-focused content.
- Creating and coordinating content that shows real-world impact, including case studies, customer stories, photography, and video.
- Developing sales enablement collateral that supports a relationship-led sales approach.
- Ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels.
- Organising and managing marketing activities, campaigns, and content schedules.
