Your new company is a highly innovative and market-leading renewable energy company based in Dungannon. They have multiple sites across the UK producing electricity, gas, and natural fertiliser from waste. You will have an integral role in leading processes, the team, and exciting future site development in a hands-on-based senior role.
Your new role:
- Leading the maintenance team at this large anaerobic digestion site.
- Oversight of all maintenance activities, KPI's, and achievements for this site.
- Deliver site safety.
- Ensure site SOPs are understood and adhered to.
- Lead the maintenance team.
- Drive PPM usage across the site.
- Must have a preventative maintenance mindset and CMS to complement the team.
- Project planning and delivery.
- Contractors management on site.
- CAPEX.
