Your new company is a growing FMCG company, a multi-site organisation demonstrating great ambition, investment and growth, supplying the UK and Ireland with a range of impressive and innovative food products. They have a new purpose-built site soon to be finished to deliver incredible capacity to produce for some of the largest retailers and to a very high standard.
This is an opportunity to lead a team, retain some hands-on capacity, and deliver ongoing improvement through investment in what is already an impressive site.
Your new role: Working days Monday to Friday, but with a need to occasionally be available for advice for the team outside of hours. If you are a strong engineer or supervisor looking for a potential step up, this may also be a good career move.
