Your new role: You will lead the team, act as the conduit between production and maintenance, plan projects, and identify improvements. You will be 'on the shop floor' as a management style, available to give advice, troubleshoot, and delegate to the team throughout the day. You will report to an Engineering Manager who knows the site well and will support and lead on projects.
What you'll need to succeed: Production maintenance leadership experience as a supervisor or manager, the ability to be hands-on if required, and a clear ability to lead and develop people.
