You will be joining a well-established and highly regarded Northern Ireland based main contractor with a strong track record in delivering high-quality residential and social housing developments. Projects are delivered across the North West and wider NI region for reputable public and private sector clients.

Your new role

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a new-build social housing scheme in Co. Derry, managing the project from site set-up through to handover. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Day-to-day management of site activities, subcontractors and direct labour
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high-quality standard
  • Managing health & safety in line with CDM regulations
  • Coordinating materials, plant, inspections and site documentation
  • Liaising with the Project Manager, design team and client representatives
  • Maintaining accurate records, programmes and progress reports

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential or social housing new builds
  • Strong knowledge of building control standards
  • Excellent health & safety awareness and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage programmes, people and subcontractors effectively
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
