Your new company Hays are partnering with a high-growth organisation to recruit a Sales Development Representative to join their expanding team based in Derry.

Your new role: You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through outbound activity including cold calling, email and LinkedIn. You will qualify leads, uncover business needs, and book high-quality meetings for the sales team. You will manage your own pipeline, maintain strong activity levels, and work closely with internal teams to maximise conversion and performance.
