Your new company We\’re looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Painter to join our dedicated property services team. You\’ll be working across a number of social housing properties in Derry/Londonderry. Your new role Carrying out internal and external painting and decorating across occupied and void properties Preparing surfaces to a high standard, including filling, sanding, and priming Completing minor repairs as needed to ensure a quality finish Working respectfully in tenants\’ homes Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety guidelines What you\’ll need to succeed Proven experience as a painter or maintenance decorator Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Full UK driving licence is preferable but pick-up points are also available.
