About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced electrician to join a busy repairs and maintenance team, delivering high quality electrical services across properties in the Waltham Forest area and parts of Essex. In this role, you will carry out a range of electrical repairs, installations, testing, and fault finding, ensuring compliance and exceptional customer service at all times.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out electrical repairs, installations, and planned works
- Diagnosing faults and completing remedial works
- Working independently or as part of a wider maintenance team
- Using hand held technology to record and update job information
- Providing a customer focused service across occupied and void properties
About You
You will have proven experience in a similar role, ideally within repairs or social housing, with the ability to work efficiently, safely, and with a high level of professionalism. You must hold the following qualifications:
- Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services (Electrical Installation - Buildings & Structures)
- Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems & Equipment
- City & Guilds 2360 Electrical Installation Theory & Practice Part 2
- Level 3 Certificate in Electrotechnical Technology
- BS 7671 (18th Edition) qualification
- City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent) for inspection & testing
- ECS Gold Card
- Full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months)
