With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement, the company is expanding its team and seeking a Quality Engineer to support its growth.
Your new role
As Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet internal and customer quality standards. You will support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), conduct internal audits and manage non-conformance investigations, liaise with customers and suppliers on quality-related issues, lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions, support new product introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement projects and analyse quality data and prepare reports for management.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Ideally you will have a degree or HND in Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, and SPC
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
