Your new company is a leading interiors contractor based in Lisburn, experiencing sustained growth and seeking an Estimator to join its commercial team. The organisation delivers high-quality interior fit-out solutions across commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality environments throughout the UK and Ireland.
Your new role involves reporting to the Estimating Manager and playing a key role in preparing accurate, competitive, and timely estimates for a wide range of interior fit-out projects. You will support both pre-construction and project delivery teams to ensure bids are commercially robust and aligned with operational capability.
- Preparing cost estimates for materials, labour, subcontractors, logistics, and installation.
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and maintain cost databases.
- Assessing project risks, constraints, and buildability considerations.
- Supporting project handovers following successful bids.
Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with estimating software is advantageous. A qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or similar is desirable.
