Your new role

As Operations Manager, you will form part of the senior leadership team with full accountability for end-to-end operational performance across manufacturing, planning, procurement and site at both a strategic and operational level. A track record of leading change, transformation and cultural improvement programmes. The ability to influence, challenge and collaborate at senior leadership and group level. Above all, you will be a credible corporate leader with a strong executive presence capable of operating in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment while driving accountability, performance and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
