Due to a focus on a more planned maintenance program, they wish to appoint 2 new engineers into a day-based maintenance engineer role to be hands-on but focus on root cause analysis and proper long-term fixes to improve OEE.
Your new role involves working in a large maintenance team, Monday to Friday, supporting the team while also focusing on the analysis of breakdowns and issues. You will examine how future work can provide longer-term fixes, thus reducing instances of breakdown and allowing the team to concentrate on more preventative-based work.
