Your new role As HR Business Partner, you will be a key contact for a fast-moving digital and growing AI team.

This is a genuine tech-facing HRBP role.

You'll partner engineering, digital and AI leaders, translate people issues into practical advice, and help managers lead technical teams through pace, change and growth.

You'll cover the full generalist remit, including employee relations, performance, wellbeing, flexible working and day-to-day operational support, while also contributing to projects that shape how HR supports digital and AI teams.

You'll work with People Operations, Recruitment and L&D, and you'll be visible with senior stakeholders who expect a partner, not a process-only HR contact.

What you'll need to succeed At least three years' HR generalist / business partnering experience at adviser level or above, ideally supporting technical, digital, product or engineering teams.

Strong working knowledge of employment legislation in Northern Ireland and England and Wales, with proven ER case management.

Confidence influencing tech and digital stakeholders, advising pragmatically, challenging where needed, and escalating risk at the right time.

Demonstrable experience managing performance, grievances, disciplinaries, flexible working and absence.

Strong organisation and judgement in a busy, stakeholder-led environment.

Genuine curiosity about how AI and emerging technology are changing the way people work, and how HR should respond.
