Your new company You will be joining an established and growing professional services organisation with a strong presence in Belfast and a varied client portfolio. Your new role As HR Advisor, you will provide senior-level HR consultancy support to a portfolio of clients from the Belfast base. You will advise organisations on complex employee relations matters, lead processes including TUPE and redundancy, and turn technical employment-practice knowledge into clear, commercially sensible recommendations. This is an autonomous, client-facing role where you will build trusted relationships, lead meetings and manage assignments from initial diagnosis through to implementation and outcome. What you'll need to succeed Significant experience in a broad HR advisory, business partnering or consultancy role. Demonstrable ownership of complex employee relations matters from start to finish. Strong practical experience of TUPE and redundancy processes, including consultation and documentation. Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and the judgement to translate it into pragmatic client advice. Confidence advising and constructively challenging senior stakeholders in a client-facing environment. The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and adapt to travel or changing client requirements. What you'll get in return You will receive a fixed salary of Β£40,000-Β£42,000 and the opportunity to join a permanent, senior-level position based in Belfast.
