Your new company Contract Services is rapidly growing. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an established company, and we are now looking to recruit electricians to cover clients throughout Northern a variety of tasks, primarily carrying out inspection and testing of electrical installations but also ranging from planned maintenance of emergency lighting systems, small installation projects and reactive & breakdown works, we are looking for electricians with a wide variety of experience and are looking for candidates with a can-do attitude and a dedicated, methodical approach to their work and carry out their duties in a safe manner. Your new role This is a full-time and permanent opportunity, working on a mobile basis on sites across Northern Ireland. - Covering a portfolio of sites.- Perform thorough Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) on electrical systems and equipment.- Inspect and test installations, circuits, and equipment for compliance with current Document findings and prepare detailed reports for clients.- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, colleagues, and management.- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues effectively.- Ensure all work complies with industry regulations, standards, and health & safety protocols.- Keep testing equipment calibrated, maintained, and in good working order.- Responding to planned, reactive and repair work orders given by the helpdesk team within the specified time.- Carrying out all aspects of Electrical Maintenance tasks using your own initiative to fault-find, evaluate & repair.- Small project installation works.- Comply with health and safety policies/ Providing a good level of customer service to peers and contract holders. What you'll need to succeed - We are keen to speak to Engineers who are electrically qualified to C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and 18th Edition IEE Regs.- Experience in periodic inspection and testing of electrical installations as well as C&G 2391 or 2394 & 2395 qualifications- Electricians who have experience working within commercial environments, carrying out all areas of maintenance and minor remedial tasks.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive UK Driving licence.- Ability to work independently and unsupervised.- CSR Card preferable- Sparksafe LTP preferable What you'll get in return Company van Mobile phone Pension Training where required Support & Training where required Over-time paid hours Flexible holidays 28 days leave increasing over 2 years (29 days following 1 year' service & 30 days following 2 years' service) What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
