Your new role as an Architectural Technologist within the internal design team will involve:
- Playing a central role in the technical development, coordination and delivery of modular and offsite building solutions.
- Working closely with architects, engineers, project managers and manufacturing specialists to translate concept proposals into fully resolved technical packages.
- Ensuring accuracy, efficiency and buildability at every stage of the project lifecycle, from early-stage design through to delivery and installation.
- Enjoying meaningful involvement in project decisions while having the autonomy to take ownership of your own workstreams.
This position will appeal to those in large main-contractor or Tier 1 design teams who want greater autonomy, more diverse project involvement and the ability to help shape internal design standards.
