Your new role As a Customer Operations Officer, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative and operational support across a range of customer-facing processes.
Working within a busy team, you will manage documentation, maintain accurate records, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure customers receive a professional and responsive service.
Key responsibilities will include: Processing customer and operational documentation accurately and within agreed timeframes.
Maintaining records and updating internal systems and databases.
Liaising with customers and third-party stakeholders to support the progression of cases.
Managing customer enquiries and resolving queries effectively.
Supporting service delivery targets and operational objectives.
Ensuring compliance with data protection, confidentiality and operational procedures.
Contributing to process improvements and service enhancement initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in an administrative, operations or customer service environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive approach to problem solving and customer service.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience handling confidential or sensitive information.
Experience dealing with legal, financial or compliance-related documentation would be advantageous.
