Your new company is a large cleaning company currently looking for a Cleaning Supervisor in the Belfast Area on a part-time basis.
Your new role involves leading a team and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety across the school facility. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and supporting cleaning staff
- Assisting with recruitment, training, and development
- Ensuring cleaning schedules are completed to standard
- Monitoring quality and enforcing health and safety compliance
- Managing stock, supplies, and uniforms
- Resolving day-to-day issues and maintaining a positive work environment
- Key holding duties - securing the site at the end of the shift
