As a BIM Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the digitisation and standardisation of the organisation's residential housing types. Working closely with internal design and technical teams, you will be responsible for developing, managing and refining Revit models that capture repeatable, high-quality housing solutions. A significant part of the role will involve helping to modernise and streamline design methodologies, improving consistency, efficiency and data accuracy across current and future projects. To be considered for this role, you will have proven experience working as a BIM Technician or Revit Technician within the built environment, ideally within residential or housing-led projects.
