Since 2009, our client has built an outstanding reputation as the go-to estate agency in the area, and they are now seeking a highly motivated, experienced Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team.

Are you a skilled and driven property professional looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager to join our team and oversee a diverse portfolio of rental properties.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings and manage tenant applications
  • Negotiate lettings and prepare tenancy agreements
  • Oversee move-ins, move-outs, and property inspections
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Ensure compliance with Northern Ireland rental legislation
