Are you a skilled and driven property professional looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager to join our team and oversee a diverse portfolio of rental properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings and manage tenant applications
- Negotiate lettings and prepare tenancy agreements
- Oversee move-ins, move-outs, and property inspections
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Ensure compliance with Northern Ireland rental legislation
