Infrastructure Analyst - Β£250-Β£275 per day inside IR35 - hybrid role requiring 3 days per week on site in Knutsford, Northamptonshire. Right to work in the UK required - this role does not provide sponsorship or accept directly sponsored candidates. You must live within reasonable distance of Knutsford.
I am working with a key client who are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Developer to design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure solutions that support enterprise applications and services. You will require a strong foundation in systems administration, networking, and development, with a focus on automation and scalability.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain infrastructure across Windows and Unix environments.
- Manage and optimize networking components to ensure secure and efficient connectivity.
- Administer and troubleshoot databases to support application performance and reliability.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline infrastructure operations.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate infrastructure with application requirements.
Required Skills:
- Infrastructure Knowledge: Proven experience in managing enterprise-grade infrastructure.
- Operating Systems: Windows Server and/or Unix/Linux expertise (both preferred).
- Networking: Strong understanding of network protocols, configuration, and security.
- Database: Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Development & Automation: Proficiency in Java and Python for scripting and application integration. Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, or similar).
