JOB TITLE: IT Systems Analyst SALARY SCALE: £34,524 – £35,712 REPORTS TO: Head of IT LOCATION: Enniskillen IT ALLOWANCE: £3,713 annually upon successful completion of probation SUMMARY OF ROLE Provide and manage ICT services and support across multiple sites. Key responsibilities include digital transformation, system analysis, design, procurement, management, and support. KEY FUNCTIONS Manage user support across multiple locations Drive digital transformation Develop and implement advanced systems Conduct systems analysis and design DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDesign Management Systems analysis, design, and implementation Ensure data access through reports and KPIs Establish risk and change management (CRAMM/ISO9001) Manage project documentation and stakeholder liaison Prepare stage plans and manage external support Infrastructure Management Procure and manage hardware, software, and contractor services Administer systems including Windows, MS Exchange, CISCO, SQL databases, etc. Application Management Administer RDBMS applications (CORE HR, INTEGRA Financials, Fleet Management) Network Management Manage MPLS network, CISCO routers, and switches Staff Management Manage and develop team performance Provide consultancy to other departments Digital Transformation Assist in IT/digital transformation initiatives Promote and comply with organisational policies and training requirements PERSON SPECIFICATIONEligibility Criteria Degree in IT with 3 years of ICT project management experience, or Relevant degree with substantial IT element and 5 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of ICT experience with 5 years as a senior project manager Valid driving licence or access to transport for multi-site travel Essential Criteria Strong leadership and motivational skills Clear communication and interpersonal skills Ability to influence and negotiate Resource planning and management skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Technical skills in Microsoft Server, LAN/WAN, etc. Ability to plan and implement ICT changes Policy and procedure development in ICT For more information, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
