An exciting opportunity awaits an enthusiastic IT Analyst to join a dynamic team in Belfast. Reporting to the IT Manager, this role is pivotal in providing exceptional hardware and software support both remotely and on-site. As the first point of contact for all IT incidents, requests, and questions, the IT Analyst will handle tickets professionally and efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate solutions. Key Responsibilities: Provide prompt and positive hardware and software support. Serve as the first point of contact for IT incidents via ServiceNow, phone, email, and on-site. Accurately record and manage tickets at ServiceNow. Perform troubleshooting and document investigative actions and outcomes. Skills and Experience: Experience supporting multiple production environments. Up-to-date knowledge of hardware, software, servers, networking, and infrastructure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Windows 10/365. Experience with Azure/Hybrid environments and various IT tools ITIL Foundation Certification is an advantage.
