You'll be the face of IT within a regional office, delivering essential on-site support and collaborating with national teams on broader initiatives. This role involves resolving technical incidents, maintaining equipment, and providing user support across multiple locations. You'll also have the chance to contribute to documentation, process improvements, and national IT projects. While the role is primarily office-based (4+ days a week), there may be opportunities for occasional remote work and travel to other locations.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and listen actively to user needs
  • Hands-on experience supporting end-user devices including Windows 11, macOS, iOS, Android, printers, and telephony systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Enterprise administration (including Entra, Office, Teams, and other cloud-based services)
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, as well as physical network connectivity (Wi-Fi, cabling, Switches)
  • Understanding of modern IT security best practices
  • Comfortable working within policy and process, while also taking initiative and managing your own workload
  • Experience collaborating within an IT team and with third-party vendors or partners to resolve technical issues
  • Enthusiastic and approachable, with a passion for IT and a proactive mindset
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
