What you'll be doing:

  • Troubleshoot issues and manage requests
  • Update and manage the software asset manager
  • Monitor software usage, deployment and licence availability
  • Licence management, renewals and access
  • Project work and audit preparation
  • Manage relationships with vendors
  • Full SAM life cycle

Experience to succeed:

  • Minimum of 3 years in an IT Software Asset Management role
  • Demonstrable experience working with SNOW
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Able to use initiative and make recommendations
  • Experience or willingness to partake in project work and migrations
  • Understanding of Flexera or ServiceNow is desirable
