This is a superb opportunity to join a well-established successful manufacturing company based in Lurgan. This company is a family business successfully trading for over 70 years in their 2nd/3rd generation. This company supplies their products throughout the UK & Ireland and across Europe. After 7 decades in business, they have built an amazing reputation. Due to expansion they are recruiting for an Internal Sales Support Administrator. This is a full-time permanent position. Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 8.30-5 and Friday 8.30-3.45.
Your new role:
- Monitor quotation pipeline status and routine follow up with customers to ensure orders are received.
- Process sales orders, keep customers updated regarding the status of sales orders and other queries in line with service level agreements and KPIs.
- Liaise with and provide support to the field-based Technical Sales and Account Management team.
- Handle in-bound enquiries.
- Advise customers on the best product solutions to meet their requirements.
- Create and issue customer quotations.
- Dispatch product literature and product samples to customers.
- Maintain accurate records and data-entry using IT systems and the CRM system.
- Compilation of Key Performance Indicators and management reports as necessary.
