Your new role
As an Operations Technician, you'll play a key role within our Operations team, managing premium collections, analysing credit exposures, and reconciling broker accounts. Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, you'll collaborate closely with Underwriting, Claims, and Finance to maintain strong financial controls and support strategic decision-making. You will be monitoring and managing outstanding premiums across Financial Lines, Casualty, and Property as well as liaising with brokers to ensure timely and accurate premium collection. Other duties include reconciling premium transactions and performing related tasks.
