Your new company is a well-established manufacturing company based in Antrim seeking to add an experienced HR professional to its on-site people team. Your new role involves providing operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle, acting as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees. You will support employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, HR systems and reporting, and contribute to wider site initiatives such as process improvement and people projects. What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven experience in a broad, generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced environment such as manufacturing.
- Working towards or holding CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Confidence supporting employee relations cases, policy application, and providing practical HR advice to managers.
- Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, including coordination and compliance checks.
- Strong working knowledge of HR systems, employee data, and producing accurate reports.
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
