Your new role As an HR & Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for: End to end recruitment activities from posting job ads, screening candidates and arranging interviews Lead on onboarding activities and pre-employment screening Working closely with managers to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding process Supporting with other administrative tasks within the HR team What you’ll need to succeed Previous experience in a similar role Experience with end to end recruitment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent stakeholder management skills Good time management and the ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines IT proficient with MS Office suite.
Experience with iTrent would be a bonus.
