Your new company Hays is working with an organisaiton in the financial services industry who are going through significan growth and recruiting for an HR Advisor to join their team. This is a full time permanent role with genuine career progression opportunity. Your new role As an HR Advisor you will be responsible for providing expert advice to managers and staff on all aspects of HR and people management, ensuring HR policies and practices are up-to-date and compliant with current employment legislation and good practice, and supporting managers with employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and development.
