Your new role: As a Valuer, you will play a key role within a successful residential sales team, with responsibility for winning new instructions and managing property sales from instruction through to completion. Duties will include carrying out valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales, and overseeing contracts to ensure smooth and successful transactions. You will provide a high level of service to clients throughout the entire sales process, maintaining clear communication and professional reporting at all times.
