Your new company Head of Maintenance Engineering is a senior role within FMCG's food production company who has invested and grown rapidly in recent years and plans future investment and growth in coming years.
Their growth in products and production capacity has seen them increase market share globally and increase premises, production lines and teams and this role plays an integral part in the management of a key team and future project delivery.
Your new role Management of the maintenance department to include recruitment, project planning, contractor selection and reviewing suitability of process and equipment for future company needs.
This is a role delivering future growth and ensuring the team deliver safe working practice and efficient maintenance of all site assets.
