A Leeds based market leader operating in a regulated industry seeking a Head of Change to lead its enterprise-wide portfolio of business and technology change initiatives.

This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation's change agenda whilst ensuring investment in projects and transformation activity delivers measurable business outcomes.

Reporting into senior leadership, you will provide strategic direction across a diverse portfolio of programmes and projects, leading an established team and driving the continuous evolution of project delivery, governance and change capability.
