The Role: As a System Implementation Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing a Global HRIS system across 80 countries, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with strategic business objectives. This is a hybrid role based in our Portadown office three days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder. The Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of a Global HRIS system. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, business analysts, developers, and external vendors. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Facilitate regular status meetings and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders. Conduct post-project evaluations to ensure continuous improvement and value realisation. The Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT or a related field, must also be PRINCE2 certified. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or involved in project management. Familiarity around HRIS systems and the implementation of such. Strong understanding of business processes and IT applications. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
