You'll work with an impressive client portfolio ranging from household-name brands and innovative technology companies to manufacturing, retail, and other consumer-focused businesses. You'll advise on a wide variety of commercial and intellectual property matters, with increasing exposure to cross-border projects. Day-to-day work will include drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements such as supply and distribution contracts, licensing arrangements, technology and software agreements, and high-value service contracts.
