Your new company is one of Northern Ireland's continuously growing family-run construction contractors, now seeking a Foreperson to oversee a mixed-use commercial/residential scheme close to Belfast City Centre. Established for over 40 years, the company has built an enviable portfolio of projects within the commercial, industrial, education & healthcare sectors, developing a strong client network and establishing a reputation for successfully delivering innovative and complex projects across Northern Ireland.

Your new role involves being responsible for the successful delivery of the finishing stages of an ongoing mixed-use development in Belfast. You will oversee subcontractors and direct labour to meet the programme of works, carry out audits, inspections, and quality control, and undertake any site inductions as required. You will liaise with Project/Contracts Managers, communicate regular progress reports, and ensure the project is kept on track.

What you need to succeed: Previous experience managing construction or refurbishment projects as Site No.1 is essential, with demonstrable knowledge of the commercial or residential sectors. You will be health & safety focused with good technical knowledge and an eye for detail. You must hold a valid CSR (Site Supervisor), CSCS or SMSTS qualification.
