Your new role The Fit Out Supervisor will be reporting to the Site Manager.
You will be responsible for managing finishing trades onsite and ensuring the delivery of high-specification finishes within the specified timeframes and budgets.
Your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing the project from the first fix stage through to completion.
Preparing and managing snagging lists to ensure a flawless finish.
Supervise, co-ordinate and monitor sub-contractor’s performance.
Coordinating closely with site personnel to achieve project goals.
Maintaining rigorous health and safety standards on site.
Conducting regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Check and understand all the drawings and specifications.
Ensure that any errors / omissions are formally communicated to the project manager.
What you’ll need to succeed To be a successful Fit Out Supervisor with this contractor you will need the following: Previous experience in a similar fit-out supervisory role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality finishes on multi-million projects.
Relevant certifications and tickets associated with being on site, such as CSCS, SMSTS, SSSTS.
Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
Excellent communication skills, enabling you to work collaboratively with site personnel and stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, ensuring project milestones are met, and client expectations are exceeded.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety on site.
