Financial Business Partner – £45000 – £55000 per annum – Belfast Your new company Our client is a large corporate business that delivers large-scale technology. You will be working with a large and diverse team of professionals to deliver these projects. This is a dynamic organisation that is working in an ever-changing market where you will be using your business knowledge as well as your accounting abilities. Your new role As a Commercial Financial Business Partner, based out of the Belfast office, you will be providing financial and commercial support to the wider business. You will be challenging the operational teams to maximise business performance. You will be responsible for winning and retaining profitable business through key accounts on strategic deals. The role holder will drive financial risk mitigation and management of key commercial issues as well as positively influence win rates and directly impact profitable growth. What you\’ll need to succeed To be successful in the role, you will have excellent financial analysis experience, working with senior stakeholders. Working with commercial and operational teams to deliver bid proposals and deliver deals. You will have the ability to interpret financials into meaningful insight to inform decisions. You will be comfortable challenging and questioning the business, taking decisions and using your own judgement. You will be rewarded with a very competitive salary between £45k and £55k as a basic salary and a market-leading benefit scheme.
