Your new role
This role will see the successful candidate act as the Executive Assistant to 3 Directors and the Senior Leadership team. You will provide high-level administrative support to the directors, including diary management, inbox management, arranging travel and coordinating travel itineraries, attend meetings to take minutes, capture outstanding actions from meetings as well as provide support to directors in meeting preparation, distributing all relevant paperwork prior to the meetings.
Alongside this, you\’ll process expenses, manage the corporate credit cards and assist in the planning and execution of several company-wide projects.
What you\’ll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced Executive Assistant who has previously supported up to board level. Experience with project support would be massively beneficial, and a proactive approach is essential to being successful in this role.
