Your new company is an established and highly regarded building contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager / Site Manager to join its growing delivery team. With a strong reputation for successfully delivering high-quality construction projects across Northern Ireland, the company continues to secure significant public and private sector contracts. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious construction professional who can take ownership of projects from inception through to completion. This is a permanent position offering long-term career progression within a stable and expanding business.

Your new role involves overseeing the successful delivery of a significant new build project, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, on programme, and to the highest quality. You will lead site operations, coordinate subcontractors and direct labour, monitor progress against the programme, and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders. You will play a key role in managing health and safety compliance, conducting site inspections and risk assessments, reviewing drawings and technical information, and ensuring site records are maintained. You will also be responsible for motivating and managing site teams, resolving construction challenges as they arise, and driving projects through to successful completion.

To be considered, you should have a proven track record of delivering construction projects from groundworks through to handover. Previous experience managing new build projects is essential. You will possess strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and programme performance. Excellent communication skills are required, along with a practical understanding of construction methods, site operations, and technical aspects. You should be self-motivated, capable of working on your own initiative, and possess the confidence to liaise effectively with senior management, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams. Relevant Site Management and Health & Safety qualifications and certifications are essential.
