Your new company A well-established and growing food production business is seeking an experienced Production Line Supervisor to join its operations team.

Your new role As Production Line Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of a busy production line, ensuring production targets, quality standards and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved.
While this is a supervisory role, you may also be required to work hands-on within the production process when required.
Key Responsibilities Supervise the efficient running of a busy production line.
Manage, lead and motivate a team of production operatives.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
Monitor compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures.
Provide support, training and guidance to team members.
Assist on the production line as required.
Liaise with management to ensure smooth production operations.
What you'll need to succeed Essential Criteria Previous supervisory or team leader experience within a manufacturing, food production or similar environment.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting.
Flexible approach and willingness to work on the production line when required.
Desirable Criteria Forklift licence.
Pallet truck licence.
Basic Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate.
