Your new company Hays are partnered with a specialist construction company who are looking to bring a skilled labourer onto their already award winning team. With an extensive portfolio of work already underway and more in the pipeline for 2026, they are looking for a dedicated individual who can slip seamlessly into these projects. Most of the projects sit within a 30 mile radius of Coalisland and require no ROI or UK travel.
The successful candidate will support site operations by carrying out physical tasks including site preparation, moving materials, and maintaining a safe and tidy working environment. A typical day will involve site preparation and foundations, manual and physically demanding tasks, kerbing, stoning, concrete works, and cutting and laying pipes.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Previous skilled labouring experience on commercial sites
- CSR card required
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
- Full driving licence in case moving from site to site is required
What you’ll get in return:
- Weekly PAYE payment which includes holiday pay
- Pension enrolment (after 12 weeks)
